Outfit of the day + A little catch up!

First off I want to apologize for the lack of posts on here. I’ve been struggling to find balance with work and life stuff; being an adult is surprisingly difficult sometimes!  But here I am trying to get my blog back on track with a small and silly outfit of the day post.
I finished work around 4.30 so the boyfriend and I decided to head to the Botanical Gardens to take some photos, it was super windy and cold but the flowers were phenomenal. I reviewed this lazybones dress awhile ago and it has got to be one of my favourite dresses; it’s super comfortable and the print just screams vintage. And now that it’s officially Spring my signature bumper bang and floppy hat is back and I’m so ready to rock it (if the Wellington wind permits it)! Pro tip: if you ever struggle with vintage hair sets just whack a floppy hat on and it solves everything!

Next week I will be flying up to Auckland and I’m so BEYOND excited for it. Not only will I be shopping my heart out, I will also be shooting with the amazing Katherine (check out her awesome blog The Wardrobe) from The Undefined Photography! We have been in contact for such a long time and I’m so eager to meet her finally. I will share those images once I have them on here and on my Instagram so be ready for those! I am already planning the trip and I need some amazing vegetarian restaurants/cafe recommendations; I want to eat all of the foods! So please leave recommendations down below. I will also bring my camera up so I can do a mini follow me around whilst up there and will HOPEFULLY post it here when I get back.
